HoneyVeda - Design Audit and Organization Design

Design audit started with an in-depth evaluation of the company. The primary aim was to strengthen their the business and create a strong brand using the unique business model based on their strengths and core values which will help then grow and make a mark in the industry.

Time period  8 weeks

Aim : To examine the existing business model of the organization and provide a way to strenghthen and grow the business

Output : Gaps and Opportunities after the design audit of the company and organization design along with strategic road map for further implementation
